Senate panel votes to block money for Iraq reconstruction
“We want to send a very powerful message to the Iraqis and to the administration as to the cost of this war and the absurdity that a country which is exporting 2 million barrels a day of oil, for which we are paying when it gets to the pump now $3.50 a gallon” is not fully paying to rebuild itself, said Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., chairman of the Armed Services Committee.
Um, its considered the height of rudeness to illegally invade a country, occupy it, slaughter hundreds of thousands of its citizens, destroy their infrastructure, and submit the country to ethic cleansing…
AND THEN SEND THE DEFEATED A BILL FOR THE PLEASURE.
Our country is…what’s that word. Oh yeah.
Rancid.

Dear Sirs,
1. I believe a Mr. Tony Sweet said “wait a couple of weeks” in reference to something like this.
2. Carl Levin’s in on it, eh? Fascinating. The mind boggles.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
